Buyer’s Account Obligations:

If a Buyer uses this Website and register as a buyer, the Buyer shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Buyer’s User Name and Password and the Buyer shall be responsible for all activities which occur under the Buyer’s User Name and Password. The Buyer agrees that if The Buyers provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or not in accordance with the this Terms and Conditions, MiruSports shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of Buyer’s membership on the Website and refuse to provide The Buyer with access to the Website.

Communications:

10. All communications from MiruSports, related to a transaction or a purchase shall be made through emails, SMS or phone calls to the Buyer.

11. All commercial / contractual terms are mutually agreed between the Buyer and MiruSports. The commercial / contractual terms include without limitation, price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services.

In general the information about pricing, product specifications and all information about MiruSports’ products is subject to change without notice. 13. The prices mentioned on the website shall be in Indian rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Product prices shall not include other charges like delivery cost, packaging cost required for a special product or customisation cost, if any requested by the Buyer.

15. MiruSports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed by the Customer. Pricing or product specifications listed on the Website are subject to have errors due to technical problems, during such an event, where the Buyer's order cannot be fulfilled by MiruSport's current inventory, MiruSports may cancel the order.

16. The Buyers shall release and indemnify MiruSports and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Buyers of the Website and specifically waive any claims that the Buyers may have in this behalf under any applicable law.

Buyers shall not use the Website or any part of it in a manner which threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

24. The Buyers shall not use the Website or any of its content for any manner such that it infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or a third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy.

The Buyers shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Laws of India and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to GST, Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Buyer’s use of MiruSports' service. The Buyers shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.

Payment:

30. While availing any of the payment method/s available at the Website, MiruSports will not be responsible for, whatsoever in respect of, any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the Buyer due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction
• Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by the Buyer and between Bank
• Any payment issues arising due to the Bank, during the time of transaction
• Decline of transaction for any other reasons

MiruSports shall fulfil an order of the Buyer only on successful completion of the payment process, through the respective payment mode opted by the Buyer. In case of a failure, MiruSports holds the right to cancel or pause the order.

Offers:

31. MiruSports holds the right to modify, extend or withdraw any offer or promotional discount, at any point of time, provided on the Website, without any prior notice.
